In retrospect, 2010s was a golden epoch for digital transatlantic relations in Ireland courtesy of Dublin’s launchpad status for Big Tech.

The relationship wasn’t just business however, Irish activists , ministers, and civil servants built personal ties with tech giants thanks to their Dublin base of operation within hollering distance of Government Buildings.

The proximity of the platforms made the career of many as Dublin become a central node in the hyperliberalism of the era typified by the twin referenda.

But 2016 and what followed shattered the illusion. Brexit. Trump. COVID. Data centres. Paddy Cosgrave and WebSummit. Russian misinformation. Suddenly the very platforms Ireland hosted were accused of destabilising democracy. Tech moved from engine of progress to object of suspicion.

The Trump shock hit Dublin like a tidal wave. Irish officials and Eurocrats in turn scrambled to prove responsibility.

By 2018, Ireland was centre-stage. The Data Protection Commission (DPC) became Europe’s chief enforcer. Domestically the gradual rise of right-wing populist sentiment lit a fire under the platforms as a rogues gallery of Irish NGOs clamoured for access and greater targeted censorship.

New actors emerged in the Dublin scene. algorithm watchdogs, think tanks, “anti-disinfo” NGOs — many US and UK-funded, all building out the content governance ecosystem. Ireland became a sandbox for the censorship-industrial complex.

The overlap grew. NGOs staffed by former civil servants. Regulators moved into advisory roles. Moderation contractors embedded in Irish life. A tight circuit formed not conspiracy, but a managerial class of globalist actors hoping to keep the peace between Brussels and Silicon Valley.

By the time Russian tanks crossed the Donbass, Ireland was no longer just a tax base it was a geopolitical filter. Everything from Palestine tweets to Trump bans passed through Irish-hosted decision structures. The censorship complex had gone native, staffed by its own clique digital Diarmuid MacMurraghs managing the collapsing architecture of the overly optimistic age of digital capitalism.

Enter Institute for Future Media, Democracy and Society (FuJO for chumps). On paper: a media research hub studying digital democracy In practice: the central Irish node in the transatlantic censorship complex blending academia and soft power under a safe academic and Irish veneer.

FuJo’s origins lie in concern over “fake news” post-2016 and manic COVID years.

It became a magnet for EU funding, think tank partnerships, and US Democratic-aligned narrative policing.

FuJo coordinates the Ireland EDMO Hub, one of fourteen national hubs funded by the EU to function eventually as what can only be described as a soft-intelligence agency under the EU Democracy Shield to combat weaponised disinformation and managing news media. Their partners for this includes The Journal and their so-called factchecking appendages smoothed over by EU grant money.

FuJo’s alumni and fellow travellers feed into the Irish policy elite most notably CNN journalist Donie O’Sullivan, famous not only for his January 6th reportage but as the successor to Mark Little in commanding access to the U.S Democratic machine.

The organisation sits behind the throne of Ireland’s administration of the Digital Services Act (DSA) aiming to give Irish regulators and Brussels the power to direct content moderation Europe-wide.

FuJo are quiet architects of the new DSA regime where regulation on content regulation is framed as “safety,” enforcement is outsourced to ideologically compliant researchers. To be abundantly clear, FuJo is not just an academic institute  it is part of a new infrastructure of control, one that outsources censorship to soft-power actors under the guise of ‘online safety.’

FuJo’s significance lies not in its size, but in its function. As a seemingly neutral academic centre, it occupies a strategic position at the crossroads of EU regulation, U.S.-aligned disinformation narratives, and Ireland’s comprador digital economy.

Platforms once promised disruption. Now they’re tools of governance. FuJo helps mediate that shift by embedding researchers into state-regulatory networks to sanitise digital discourse and lay foundations for industrial scale censorship to mitigate liberalism;s decline.

Under siege from the realities of replacement migration the managerial class doesn’t seize the means of production it seizes the means of moderation.

FuJO provides the intellectual and technical scaffolding for a new regime of speech governance centred in Dublin.

Shaping how “risk” is defined, what constitutes “harm,” and which voices are deemed unsafe. Far from a passive observer, FuJo is an active architect of the EU’s censorship infrastructure, quietly converting liberal anxieties into policy, regulation, and enforcement.

In the emerging information order, it is not the loudest actors that matter, but the ones who define the rules. FuJo is doing just that.

    ☘🇮🇪💚
    Irelands White Collar Inc.
Irish Homes available for all except the Irish.

For white collar criminality to survive it equally depends on the same ingredients as the participants in the lowest common denominator, that being Street Crime and the elements of money, power and influence,
without having to get their soft clean hands mixed with everyday dirty gutter involvement…mixed among the elite established players of NGOs
and Grubment, using taxpayers money NOT THEIR OWN…it is also more lucrative with a deceptive cloak of respectability championed by the tax funded press and a guarantee NEVER to be jailed for their crimes despite exposure or involvement of police and judiciary. That is
why the American NGO system was imported into Ireland and all the big
Globalist tax evading corporate headquarters set up shop with the help and assistance of TAX HAVEN IRELAND…NGO IRELAND INC.

At this moment in time 2025 you have a very loose cannon setting off explosions through tariffs etc. while the rest of the global financial markets scramble for cover or painstakingly pay homage by kissing ass to what would be normally described as a Chinese Dictatorship, ignoring
protocol and global institutions that took decades to set up.

Equally a PSYCHOPATH CREATING GENOCIDE IN GAZA, that has
given the proverbial two finger salute to the WHOLE WORLD AND HUMANITY…Fu.k you all I’m right Jack…and global governing bodies
stand by….another dictatorship of white collar crime, BLOODSOAKED.

Meanwhile, you had a normal man go to the highest of courts in his Own Country, defending himself under his country’s constitution for not just his own dignity but all of OUR IRISH DIGNITY….and he won.

Despite all the obstacles set up by White Collar Crime Inc. he won against all the odds exposing the corruption, the bias, the players and previous court verdicts…because they were all exposed and had no other
choice because TRUTH GOT THE LIGHT OF DAY…it defeated the evil
that exists everywhere in this GRUBMEN’S WORLD.

Thank you Mr. Burke…you’ve put them all to shame and ridicule.
